Now, can anyone tell me... is there any such thing as a "Terp"???

"Terp" is prehistoric. "Terp: A large artificial mound in the Netherlands (as in Friesland) providing a site or refuge for a prehistoric settlement in a seasonally flooded area", but what do Webster and I know?
