We received some mail correcting our "goose faux pas" in this strip.

There are no "Canadian" geese or goose. They are Canada geese or a Canada goose. OOPS!!!!!

Your cartoon today refers to a Canadian goose. The correct term is Canada goose. A Canadian goose is what you get when you bend over in front of a Canadian.

"Canadian Goose"? Ooops. These birds are not from Canada. Their official name is "Canada Goose," and "Canada" does not refer to their citizenship. The line should have been written: "Besides, I own a timeshare with a Canada Goose."
